The following tips will help you create better milk foam

- Prepare your coffee or hot chocolate while the milk frother is operating.

- Milk foam is best made using whole milk (fat content >3.0%).

- Heat milk to 60-70°C (140°F-158°F), the ideal temperature that preserves milk's molecular structure and nutrients while enhancing texture and flavour without prolonged waiting.

- After use, clean the inner pot and accessories with cold water and a soft cloth, then dry thoroughly.

- Silent start-up operates without noise. The frother automatically shuts off when milk or foam is ready, effortlessly preventing scorching or excessive frothing.

*Heated milk froth: Minimum 140ml, maximum 160ml. Time: 90-130 seconds. Temperature maintained at 60±5°C.

600ml Large-Capacity Milk Frother:

The frother holds up to 600ml when filled with liquid. For heating liquids, the maximum fill level is 430ml, with a minimum of 140ml.

First function (left): (Heated Froth) Maximum fill line: 160ml. Heating temperature: 60°C. Minimum fill line: 140ml.

How can I better maintain my milk frother?

- Correct Installation:

After cleaning the milk frother, press it gently into place with your finger. Ensure the frother is fully seated for proper operation.

- Thorough cleaning:

Milk residue within the frother's shaft hole may cause blockages and abnormal noise if it prevents proper installation. Therefore, each time you clean the frother, invert the hole and rinse it thoroughly with running water directed upwards. For stubborn, long-term residue build-up, use a toothpick or other small object to clean the hole.
