A: Refer to the size chart on your product details page. Our size is Asian sizing. Due to manual measurement and different batches, there can be a 2-3 cm size difference.
Q: Will the color I see be the color I receive?

Q: I have made my payment, when can I expect my items to be shipped?
A: We appreciate your patience with us. After your payment has been completed. our warehouse will ship your package within 3-7 business days. For any urgent orders. please make a note and inform our customer service team as soon as possible. If you have any questions about shipping, please feel free to contact our customer service team.
Q: How to process a return?
A: If you are feeling untisfied with your order, we do offer a return service. Please log into your accounr and click to request a return. Do not send your items back to where your package was shipped from as our returns address may vary. The items must be unused, undamaged, and with the original packaging. There may be a returns fee.
