A:1.Please clean the filter/dust bin in a timely manner, as blockage can cause a decrease in exhaust and affect the suction effect.2.After each use, please charge and keep the battery fully charged. Low battery may not always reach peak suction.

--Q: How long does the battery last?

A: Up to 55 mins in Floor mode, 35 mins in Carpet mode. Actual runtime varies by suction level and usage conditions.

--Q: How long to fully charge?

A: About 4-5hours for a full charge. Please use the original adapter for safe charging.

Q: Is the battery replaceable?

No, the battery is integrated with the main unit and cannot be removed. The main unit can be purchased in our store.

--Q: Why does the battery drain fast?

A: High suction modes consume more power. Long-time use in Max mode will shorten runtime. For longer use, please switch to BareFloor mode.

--Q: Does the brush get tangled with long hair?

A: The V-shaped anti-tangle structure greatly reduces hair wrapping. Hair can still get caught occasionally; please remove and clean the brush regularly.

--Q: Why can't my brush head bend?

A: Because our product is designed to stand on its own, please step on the brush head with your foot and push it back forcefully without worrying about too much force.

--Q: What should I do if the vacuum stops working?

A: Check for clogged filters, tangled brush, low battery, or loose parts. If the problem continues, contact our customer service for support.
