If you encounter the following situations, please refer to the inspection steps for self-check, record a video of the situation where the recording machine cannot be used or other issues, and send it to the customer service. The customer service will resolve it as soon as possible.

Problem 1: The machine displays E1

Inspection steps: Check if there are foreign objects such as hair entangled on the floor brush or roller brush. If yes, clean them up. If there are no entangled foreign objects, remove the clean water tank and dirty water tank, and check if there is suction at the air inlet of the machine body. If there is suction, remove the roller brush and rotate the floor brush shaft to see if it can rotate.

Problem 2: False alarm that the dirty water tank is full

Inspection steps: Provide a video to verify if there is foam in the dirty water tank. If there is, it is necessary to remove the roller brush and the dirty water tank for cleaning until there is no foam at all (it is emphasized that high-foam cleaning products cannot be used. If high-foam products such as detergent or shower gel have been used for mopping, the roller brush and dirty water tank must be removed and cleaned in time). If there is no foam at all, you can clean the dirty water tank and the upper cover of the dirty water tank according to the video.

Problem 3: Chaotic voice broadcast

Inspection steps:

1. Check if the three contacts on the charging pile are sunken. If there is no depression, press each one to see if there are any contacts that cannot rebound or be pressed down.

2. If there is no problem with the base, check if the contact points between the machine body and the base are normal, and you can take photos to confirm. If normal, remove the two small wheels at the bottom of the floor brush; they can be forcibly removed and we will reissue them.

Problem 4: The self-cleaning roller brush cannot reverse

Inspection steps: Check if there are foreign objects entangled on the roller brush or floor brush.

Problem 5: Unable to dry the roller brush

Inspection steps: Check if there is water accumulation on the base. After turning on the drying mode, check if the aluminum sheet is heating up.
