When pulley is stuck at the joint connector, what should we do?

 

1. You did not connect both ends of track with straight connector very well, and  both two tracks stitching place is a bit misplaced.

 

2. You need to unload the track and check the place of straight connector place (joint)here carefully and reconnect the track with connectors and you have to make sure that Grafting must be spliced and LEVELED and very smoothly to connect the two tracks,it is very important. Or the pully can not go through the connector.

 

3. The screws on the grafter can not be too tight and you need to adjust all.

 

4. You need to check whether Belt twist and if the belt twist, you need to change the belt.

 

5. Can you pull the curtain by hand and close the curtains ? ----If so, you only need to Clear memory function of the motor.

 

6. This is just a problem with track stitching,so sometimes the pulley will be stuck at the joint connector if we did not spliced 2 tracks perfectly with the straight track connector.So you need to check the joint connector here carefully and adjust the conector and  make sure the gap at the splicing is very small and 2 ends of tracks here must be Horizontally aligned.-----it is very important
