Return Policy

• In case you received a defective item, the customer has up to 7 days

• In case you received a wrong item, Items must be returned in its original and unused condition & must also be in its original box and packing.

While every step has been taken to ensure that we ship out correct item, there will be occasion when you receive items that are different from the description. • Any discrepancies between items received and ordered must be claimed within 7 days after delivery. KDERZIis not responsible for any damage due to misuse, abuse, or neglect. We are only responsible for products that are damaged during delivery or product that come with a manufacturing defect.
Modifying a product without KDERZI authorization will void the warranty.
