In case, you have received any defective items from us, please notify us immediatedly upon receipt of the relevant item. And offer us the damaged photo or video. Then we will definitely bear  the responsibility to accept your return according to our return and refund policy.

Return & Refund Policy

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 day to obtain an authorization for return. Please notice that the buyer should be responsible for the returned shipping cost, and the damaged/defective items must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped.

After we received the product, we will examine and test the defective items. If we find the defect described in your message,

we will ship you a replacement for the defective items in your next order ONLY. Or buyer can pay for the resend shipping cost and ask for a new product. Otherwise, you get refund money.

Notes: for the man-made damaged, buyer should take full responsibility
